When this historic building was remodeled someone forgot to think about how the lights under the
huge skylight would get changed. The building is 6 stories high so scaffolding would not be feasible.
We built a custom "ladder" that bolts onto the 3x3 steel iron frame that supports the soffit
A quick climb down the ladder and the lights are within easy reach.
